Madison Area Paralegal Association (MAPA) is a non-profit organization affiliated with NALA - The Paralegal Association. We are a strong group of paralegals, legal professionals, and students who live and work in Madison, Wisconsin, and the surrounding areas. MAPA's primary purposes are to provide educational opportunities for professional development and to promote the paralegal profession.
Message from the President:
Welcome! MAPA is a non-profit organization for paralegals in the Madison and surrounding area, that provides educational, networking, and mentorship opportunities. Our members include paralegals in law firms, private practices, government agencies, paralegal students and more.
MAPA membership provides a number of opportunities for members, including educational events with CLE credit(s), networking and other social events, a quarterly newsletter with announcements, news and articles relevant to the legal profession, and access to the “Members Only” section of the website, with local employment opportunities, legal resources and newsletter archives.
I invite you to join MAPA today and connect with our community of paralegals and other legal professionals. Whether you’re a seasoned paralegal looking for CLE credit(s) or a paralegal student looking for information on the paralegal profession and/or a mentor, MAPA has something for you.
